The Bosch Group has thirteen businesses operating in India: Bosch Limited, Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Limited, Bosch Rexroth (India) Private Limited, Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited, Bosch Automotive Electronics India Private Limited, Bosch Electrical Drives India Private Limited, BSH Home Appliances Private Limited, ETAS Automotive India Private Limited, Robert Bosch Automotive Steering Private Limited, and Automobility Servicing Bosch established its first sales office in Kolkata, India, in 1922, and began operating a manufacturing facility there in 1951. Over the years, this activity has expanded to encompass 18 production facilities as well as seven development and application centres.
