FAQ
An oxygen regulator is a device used to control the flow of oxygen from a tank to a patient or medical device. It reduces the pressure of the compressed oxygen gas from the tank to a lower pressure suitable for use in medical applications.
To attach a Linde oxygen regulator to an oxygen tank, first, make sure the tank valve is closed. Then, remove the plastic cap from the regulator inlet and align the regulator inlet with the tank valve outlet. Finally, screw the regulator clockwise onto the tank valve until it is firmly in place.
Most Linde oxygen regulators have a flow control knob or lever that allows you to adjust the oxygen flow rate. Turn the knob or move the lever to the desired flow rate, which is measured in liters per minute (LPM).
